Free Pregnancy Due Date Calculator-Find Your Baby's Due Date
Discover your estimated due date and get a personalized pregnancy timeline with our easy-to-use Due Date Calculator. Whether you know the first day of your last menstrual period (LMP) or the exact date of conception, our tool provides a comprehensive overview of your pregnancy journey, including key milestones and your current progress.
How to Calculate Your Due Date
Our calculator offers two methods for the most accurate estimate possible. Use the tabs above to select the one that works for you:
- By Last Period (LMP): This is the most common method. Simply enter the first day of your last menstrual period and your average cycle length. The calculator uses Naegele's rule to add 280 days (40 weeks) to your LMP, adjusting for your specific cycle length.
- By Conception Date: If you know the exact date of conception (often from ovulation tracking or fertility treatments), this method can be more precise. The calculator adds 266 days (38 weeks) to your conception date to find your estimated due date.
Understanding Your Pregnancy Timeline
Our calculator provides more than just a single date. Here's what your results mean:
- Estimated Due Date: This is the projected date of your baby's birth. Keep in mind that only about 5% of babies are born on their exact due date.
- Current Gestational Age: This tells you how far along you are in your pregnancy, measured in weeks and days from your LMP.
- Key Trimester Dates: We show you the estimated end dates for your first and second trimesters, helping you track your progress through each major stage of pregnancy.
Disclaimer: This calculator provides an estimate for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. The dates provided are based on averages. Your healthcare provider can give you the most accurate due date based on an ultrasound.
